International Student Services: Study Abroad

Study Abroad

Did you know that McNeese is a member of the ISEP Exchange network? Here at McNeese, students from across the world come to visit campus for one to two semesters — and our students can do the same at over 300 universities on every inhabited continent!

If you're interested in either visiting McNeese (incoming students) or visiting one of our partner universities (outgoing students), please reference the resources below.

For Incoming Students

If you are currently located outside the US and are interested in visiting McNeese for one to two semesters, please see our portfolio of programs on the ISEP Exchange website:

All incoming study abroad applications are managed through ISEP. If you have questions, you can contact our ISEP representative, Olivia Cordero, at Ocordero@isep.org

We look forward to welcoming you to McNeese!

For Outgoing Students

If you are currently a McNeese State University student and are interested in spending a semester or two abroad at one of our 300 university partners, please see the information below:

  • MSU students can study abroad for the cost of a regular semester's tuition, room, and board at McNeese. Most fees are billed through McNeese, so most scholarships and financial aid apply toward your program.
  • The first step to studying abroad is scheduling an advising appointment. Please email internationaloffice@mcneese.edu to set up an advising appointment, where we will discuss the programs available to you.
  • For further information, you can view the following ISEP resources:

Please reach out with any questions; our team will curate a list of programs that help you accomplish your academic goals and reach dream destinations!
